Shippijng refunds on returns

2 items I returned gave me the entire refund and no charge even for return shopping ( I did use their labels). Another item I returned charged me the return shipping. Is there any rule to this-according the the old standards? I know it is about to change. Thanks. None were defective.

Sounds like they made an error. If you used the q return label and it wasn't defective, you shouldn't have received a full refund.

If you returned defective items, then no charge, but if not, then there should have been a charge, unless that has changed, but I doubt it.
