this isn't rocket science. There's enough info out there to form and opinion one way or another. The fact of the matter is that Sherri made the decision to bring this child into the world, and as Ivanatrump said was bragging about it. Then all the sudden when the marriage goes sour, she decides to wash her hands of the baby? This is a human life.

I do agree with what others have posted about you can't force someone to be a parent. I think at the least she should be financially responsible for her baby rather than pawning those duties off to the taxpayer given her resources.

What a mess this is! When things were good she wants the baby and talks about it on tv forever and now things are over she wants no part of it? Wow.

I don't see the big deal....it's not her egg....and it's his sperm...he stepped out on her.... nothing to do with the surrogate.....she has herself and her beautiful son to think about. Case closed.

This could happen again. Sherii could meet another man,want a baby with him,find a surrogate,break up with the man and not want the baby again. ${#emotions_dlg.scared}$

Her son is adorable. I wonder how or if she told Jeffrey he is not getting a little brother or sister at this time. Just oops mommy changed her mind?

Sherri talked frequently about how much Jeffrey loved Sal. She said Sal spent more time with him than she did.

I know he spends time with his birth father but with this divorce he lost a father figure and a new sibling.

for whatever reason he wanted a child and he got one - now it's up to him to support him. No excuses for him not doing that and expecting Sherri to be the only source of child support. It seems like she should be accountable for this child too even if Sal has custody. And her obnoxious flippant comments about the men on the set when she's selling wigs and snide remarks about her husband in other interviews as well as on the View have made me lose respect for her. I used to think she was a very sweet woman but she got so raunchy the last year on the View with Jenny. This is a very complicated situation but her behavior doesn't help at all.
