I feel the same way. Plus, Ron Goldman was always the forgotten victim, always ignored in any coverage of the story, as if he never existed in the first place. He, too, lost his life, and he was just considered collateral damage, I guess. That family lost a beloved son, brother, etc., and he is all but forgotten. He was never part of the Brown/Simpson dynamic; yet, he lost his life in spite of it. WHY shouldn't they keep talking about it? The whole thing was a miscarriage of justice, tragic and vile.

He was collateral damage. He was doing a favor by returning sunglasses left at the restaurant. Nicole and OJ had a tumultuous relationship. Ron Goldman was only part of that relationship because he was a good guy.

Since no one knows the real story behind this it's impossible to say who is at fault and why it's happening. Since he filed maybe she is the one who did something. It said he's asking for the pre nup to be voided because of some type of fraud on her part.

The Ten Year SS rule, I THINK, is...If y'all are married at least 10 yrs and your

Ex never remarried is what I think. It was true in a case of my friend in AL.

She remarried, so she got SS from her 1st DH because he never remarried and ALSO

from her 2nd DH after being married for 25 years.

Can't get type to change back to reg....LOL

There must be some misunderstanding. You cannot collect two SS spousal checks...at least legally. It does not matter if your ex has remarried or not.

A wife of 10 years is entitled to her former husband's SS if she does not remarry. He can remarry and have more than one wife collecting off his benefits.

Basically, and just guessing as to what I would do, I would let go of the baby and let the father (my ex) have full custody. That's if my egg(s) weren't used. He would have to pay for all of the services regarding the procedures, birth, etc. though. That's what I'm thinking right now.

p.s. Sherri is young/capable enough to adopt or have a surrogate baby on her own. She doesn't necessarily need Sal. Also, maybe she will meet/marry another man who is a better match and do the surrogate procedure with him. I would 'let it go' (Sal's baby).

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Actress and "The View" co-host Sherri Shepherd and husband Lamar Sally are calling it quits after almost three years of marriage.

Sally filed for legal separation, citing irreconcilable differences, on May 2 in Los Angeles, according to documents obtained by Eyewitness News on Friday.

Shepherd, 47, and Sally wed on Aug. 13, 2011. The documents list the date of separation as April 16, 2014. The documents also state that the couple is expecting a son, to be named Lamar Sally Jr., on July 28.

In June 2013, Shepherd talked to Essence magazine about the trouble she and Sally experienced when trying to find a surrogate so they could have a child together.

Sally, a television writer, is seeking legal and physical custody of the unborn child, with Shepherd getting reasonable child visitation rights. According to the filing, Sally also wants their prenuptial agreement to be invalidated based on fraud.

This is the second marriage for Shepherd, who was previously married to Jeff Tarpley from 2001 to 2009. She and Tarpley have an 8-year-old son named Jeffery.

She DID remarry, her first DH did NOT She collected his SS and also from 2nd DH when they divorced...BUT the 2nd DH's FIRST wife died, before my friend married 2nd hubby
