I just finished watching and to me, Sherri looked the same as she always does, except she had her hair piled up on top. She was wearing her wedding rings and she was just as talkative as always. She didn't look like she had been crying either.

I think people are just looking for things that really aren't there, because we know things today that we didn't know last week. JMO

Unless she stored eggs a long time ago I doubt at her age they are her eggs. Since he wants custody tells me the sperm is his and the eggs aren't Sherri's.

Sherry is smart to not discuss her personal life on The View. I believe they always try to not speak about current personal troubles and why should they? There comes a point that privacy is warranted -- really ladies, does anyone believe the condition of her eggs is public information? I'm hoping even Sherry Shepard has some boundaries. If she has a good attorney, she would have been informed to be circumspect with any disclosures.

Oh boy I have seen several cases like this and the one who is not the bio parent has lost the case...if I recall correctly?
