I don't like the buttons on the jacket, buttons with the shamrock brooch is too much.

I love that shamrock brooch, I believe it belonged to the Queen.

Does she have a new makeup artist ?  I don't remember seeing her brows that thick...

Color of the day, suit and hat, looks beautiful.  Too many jeweled buttons scream for attention though.

Those that dress her, style her, choose her clothing and accessories, do her hair and makeup--do an extraordinary job. They choose such beautiful looks for her. She probably works along with them in the planning for her wardrobe. She looks great in today's outfit. Everything on her suits her perfectly. The only thing I don't like is her dark, thick brows in the picture. She's fortunate to have a slim body and such pretty teeth.

Maybe her brows were made thicker to make her eyes stand out. Her eyes could get lost with that wide brim hat.

She's always beautiful. But it seems her eye makeup is heavier than usual.  And I think it kind of takes away from her overall look.  She doesn't need that much, in my opinion.

The reason Kate wore green is a reflection of her recent appointment as an honorary Colonel of the Irish Guard. The Shamrock broach is another nod and it was made by Cartier. Her outfit is also a tribute to Diana because Di wore green during her first Trooping the Color ceremony in 1982. Kate's hat is by Philip Treacy, her sapphire earrings belonged to  Diana. Her dress was designed by Andrew GN.

I love the hat.
