i got mine in about 4 or 5 days. i love it

I have not received my order. Mine now says on backorder. I called Customer service for any updated information, and was told if they don't receive stock within 45 days, order will be canceled. I'm disappointed.

@10000thnickname  You could take your vacuum to UPS and they will box it up and send it out. Just go to your order and start for a return. Follow the prompts and choose UPS for return. You can print a label or get a Qcode for scanning. 


Thank you fortelling me this. I will try. I'm an 80 year old cacner patient and alone so it's hard to handle these things. I really appreciate your response, @elated

@tg-indy , I called CS last week for an update. The order status said "preparing order". He couldn't give me a shipping date, and I asked to cancel. He said he'd send a request in to cancel my order and I should know in a few days. I never heard anything and when I checked the status yesterday, it said on back order. I clicked on my order and it gave me the option to cancel. I really wanted and need a new vacuum, but I decided to cancel my order.
