@ciao_bella   Those are gorgeous views!  We have beautiful ocean/bay views as well here in Ocean City, MD but that promenade at what looks like the bayside is just stunning.  I can't figure out why people from NJ and PA crowd up our beaches in MD when they have closer spots like this.  Maybe because OC MD is not family oriented but a major party town.  I'm guessing NJ beaches are serene and quieter.

Ciao,  I may be wrong but are those pictures of Cape May?  They are great pictures!!
