I heard an interview recently with Shakira. When asked why she hasn't married Pique, with whom she has 2 kids, her reply: "I'd rather be a fantasy than a wife". They've been together ~10 years.

What about you. Which would you prefer? I go with Shakira.

I'm skeptical of her answer! But hey, that's just me. Maybe the daddy is allergic to marriage. I personally loved being a wife.

I always liked her too.....To each their own, but by her saying that, it makes me wonder if she thinks he may cheat on her if they were married. That’s sad if it’s true but it’s jmo.

Sometimes people with a lot of assets prefer to stay single. It's easier to keep finances separate.  Their choice.

Personally, I am happy to be a much loved and cherished wife.
