Hi everyone,
Shabbat Shalom to all who observe, and a happy May weekend to all!
I hope your weather is beautiful wherever you are, and that spring has finally sprung. Yesterday it was 42 degrees here with several inches of rain, and today was close to 70 degrees. Well, at least our weather isn't boring
May you be blessed with the love and warmth of family and friends every day of the year, not just on holidays and special occasions.
Sending prayers of healing and strength to you and your loved ones.
May your burdens and worries blow away with the wind.
To those of you having health and family issues, may everything turn out well. May your medical tests and those of your loved ones come back with happy results.
Many prayers for our country's well being and world peace. Bless the leaders who keep our country strong with wisdom and courage.
Good thoughts and thanks to our military. May they come home safely and SOON. Bless all the servicemen that didn't make it home; and to those who are serving, thank you for being there to protect our safety.
Special prayers for all the children...may they have good health, enough to eat and drink, a warm bed, and the abiding love of parents and family who will protect them. May the children survive and thrive. No child should ever go to bed hungry, nor should anyone else in this country. Help the food banks if you can. Even a little helps. May our own children be healthy and happy.
May your parents be healthy and happy as well. I hope everyone's mom and dad are feeling well or getting better. Donna my healing thoughts are with your mom.
Condolences to those of you that have lost a parent or a loved one recently.
Try to do a good deed for a stranger. They'll feel good, and you'll feel better.
May this year find you all surrounded by the love of your family and friends, in good health and never in need of anything that's important.
May the best of everything come your way, today and every day.
Sunny

Good Shabbos Sunny and friends,
Have a wonderful weekend.
Thank you Sunny for your prayers and thoughts. They touch home every week.
Peace and caring start at home.
Just want to add, I have wonderful memories of may poles when I was in elementary school. They had huge long satin ribbons. It was such fun to dance around with the streamers. Each class took a turn. Then we made paper baskets to take to neighbors with wild flowers that we picked.
One of my best friends went to public school and she couldn't do that at school. They were told May day was part of the "big Communist plot" Her parents sent her to my school with me one may day so she could share the fun.

Hennala you just brought back such a happy memory! I too remember May Day and how we danced around the maypole. One year we did it in the rain, but it was a warm spring rain and it didn't spoil a thing.
Ahh yes back then everything was a "Communist plot."

Our Ellen is having trouble signing in today, so I am sending prayers to everyone who she prays for, including her Chemo Angel and those who are ill, downtrodden and in need.
Love you Ellen, and get back here soon xoxox

Happy weekend to all.
Good Shabbos to all who observe.
I'm thankful for all those in my life who support me and accept me.....warts and all.
I'm grateful for those who volunteer their precious time and talents to help those in need.
Keeping in my prayers all those affected by the horrible spring storms.
Thank you Sunny for this inclusive thread.
How about we share chocolate truffles? It's National Truffles Day.
Leaving assorted chocolate truffles.
Of course, I have sugar free truffles to enjoy. ![]()
