I have not had a good experience lately shopping at QVC.  And I have purchased A LOT over the years.  I still have some auto delivery things coming.  Other than that, I have only purchased one thing (bras from Breezies that are less than stellar) that I have kept within the last two months.  I am returning more due to fit or quality and I am tired of the pricing games and all the hosts.  I thought I would never feel this way, but I seriously think I am about done with QVC.

This won't stop me from buying something that I like. I'll still shop here. I continued when they got rid of Bob Bowersox even though I was upset. I love his in the Kitchen Shows.

I haven't watch QVC in years but I buy a lot.

but @goldensrbest

why would you want to lose the original shipping AND the label fee on something you did want in the first place.

That kinda seems like cutting your nose off to spite your face...is that the old saying?

I would understand if you refused to place anymore orders....but why lose your money?

Your point would be lost I think.

I agree with you about being done with QVC.  I recently ordered a pair of gold and diamonique earrings.  I did not have the earrings for one month when one of the stones fell off.  I am not rough with my jewelry.  I wrote a negative review twice and neither of the reviews have been posted.  I threw away the return slip so I could not return them.  I only have a couple of auto-delivery orders left.  Once they are completed I will no longer order from them again.  The defective earrings were the last straw.  I stopped ordering Tarte eye shadows because after a couple of uses the eye shadows would turn to dust.  I have also noticed the quality declining in other products.  Before QVC starts to shut down message boards they should check their quality control department.

I hope that the Social Team will still be around, because I prefer to deal with them than with Customer Service.  That's something I have to investigate.

@lgfan

Oh gosh, YES you can return them!

You can print a copy of the invoice and return label.

If you don't have a printer, the mods can mail you a return label!

Don't ever let not having the original receipt or packaging stop you from returning a defective item!

And besides, diamonique has a lifetime warranty against lost stones!  You can get it repaired or replaced!

You can get that info from CS or the mods.

@lgfan By all means, per another post, try to return the earrings.  I understand not wanting to buy more from QVC.  But you should at least either return or try to get fixed their defective earrings.  Even if it is past 30 days, I would reach out to the Social Team to see if they will help.
