What means more to you here ....

Getting the best price you can ...

or

Finding a good home for your china, with someone who'd be thrilled to have it?

I just want someone to take it.  What they do with it is then their problem and not mine.  Woman Happy

While your daughter may not want the entire set, she may want the sugar bowl or salt & pepper.

China, because it can't be put in a dishwasher, lost its appeal. I was a SAH wife/mother so I still used China and still use it now.

@occasionalrain   Only china that has gold or silver on it can't be put in a dishwasher.   I have been using a bone china set everyday for approximately 20 years.   I always put them in the dishwasher.  They look brand new.

Hahahahaha. I thought this was going to be a political thread. I was just going to go and find the latest on that. I mean, it could happen. Smiley Happy

I have a set of original Fiestaware that my grandparents bought the very first year it was released. Back then, there was some lead in them so we can't use them. Someday, I'll have to find a collector who might want them.
