I would agree. Why not take the price down a little for the first visit? Seems weird only one item 'on sale.' What a fail.

They changed the location one year.  

 

I am in one of the high rises in Towson - I will let you know if and where they set-up.  That booth used to be mobbed during the Holidays.  

 

Like a lot of Mall's - Towsontown has gone downhill BIG TIME.  It is a shame what is happening in Towson.
