I wasn't trying to be cryptic. It says it is from "Customer Care" and is signed by a Lisa Norden, Customer Services & Experience. There is a video of Mary Beth "on changes to our sign-in process." I am quite wary of anything like this, and I did not open the email. I simply was wondering if the helpful people on this board had received the same email.

Call customer service at 1-800-367-9444 and inquire about it. They would know whether or not it's legit.

Yes, I did and I changed my password as instructed. I think it seems perfectly legitimate.
