I found it, THANKS! Can ya tell I don't watch Fox news much LOL....it might have something to do with the fact it's on non stop when my dad is visiting

I think his appeal is coming up. I hear he has very comfortable conditions on death row. Some of the background of his financial woes were uncovered during the investigation, though we will never know what started the pivotal fight in the home.

His lawyers are working on an appeal.
