As guilty as he looks... there was a lot of evidence not brought up in the trial showing other factors that may have played a part in Lacy's death. Also, the juror pool was tainted... this came out AFTER the conviction when they interviewed the jurors.
I can not stand the guy... but, this deserves this to be looked into. Anyone deserves a fair trial in our country no matter how hated they may be.

@SeaMaiden Can you say what the other evidence is that wasn't brought up? I didn't follow much of the trial.

It's just the legal maneuvering we see with all murder convictions. He's as guilty as sin and he doesn't have a chance of getting off but he could get a new trial. Which would only force Lacie's family and friends to suffer through another trial.

Just watched a case on Oxygen this morning where a wife was murdered. Of course, her husband was a prime suspect. He was convicted of murder, later to be found not guilty. His life has been ruined what with all the finger pointing guilty by the press, friends, and community before the case even went to trial.
My eyes have been opened by some of the cases I have seen on Investigation Discovery and Oxygen. It's scary out there. Women can be attacked and murdered by anyone.

I am from California, paid close attention to the trial, and there was a ton of evidence against that looser husband of hers.
He did it, and because a juror lied the whole case should be retried?
I don't agree with this decision at all.

And, at the time of their marriage, what a beautiful couple.
Goes to show that, generally speaking, in this wide, wide world, we really don't know who we've married.
RIP, Laci and Connor.
Tragedy for sure but you know exactly who you married. You just choose to ignore it.

I watched every minute of this trial and the evidence presented in this case (on Court TV) and there is no question in my mind that he was guilty, and obviously there wasn't a doubt in the juror's minds either.
Let's not forget his affair with Amber Frye and her testimony and proof and that he told her his wife was deceased.....before she was.
