I received a letter from QVC regarding returns.  Evidently they felt I had too many items that I have not liked or that looked terrible on me!  They suggested I listen more closely to the host presenting the item and/or get advice from the person who takes orders over the phone.  Anyone else get scolded?

They've been sending these letters out for decades.  The percentage of returns has to be high (I don't know the actual number ) for one to receive it.  You can search the forums for "the letter " or any variation to read past posts about it.

I will add that shopping via TV or online doesn't work for everyone.  I buy a lot of things from QVC but nothing I have to try on or am iffy about.  I return maybe 4 things per year.

Never, not me.  Others have.  I generally take my time when ordering to be sure of my choices.

No, I've never gotten a letter like that, in all my years of shopping with QVC.

I do tend to stick to brands that I'm familiar with (regarding sizing, quality and such), when it comes to clothing.

And I seldom order shoes - too hit or miss for me and losing the original plus return shipping is too much for me, if they don't fit.

I've never received this kind of letter either.  Watch, next week I'll get one.  I cancelled an order the other day and currently have a pair of slippers to return. 🤷‍♀️

@sheetsheba Perhaps you could suggest to the Q to retrain their older host or retire them and hire host that describes the item instead of talking about Disney and families and insulting others about their teeth and singing and dancing. Also let them know to stop advertising that you have 30 days to return items if you get it home and you are not satisfied all the host constantly promote that.

@sheetsheba   No, I haven't but just playing Devil's Advocate here, just how much do you return?  I'm only asking because I wonder what they consider excessive returns.

@sheetsheba   If you're returning that much that you got the "letter" I would find somewhere else to shop.  Can't imagine how much you've spent in return postage.

I have been a QVC customer for 25+ yrs. and should I receive a letter such as you have described, I will be finished with the Q. It is very difficult if not impossible to know how sizing, color or style will fit or look until you have tried it on.I have also received damaged or previously worn with missing buttons, smell or stained. Their policy is if you are not happy with something return within 30 days with the exception of holiday returns. Thanks for the the heads up.
