Sciatica

I am on pills (I mentioned days or so ago) for the swelling in my ankles and 1 leg (which is now pretty much gone but not quite) and I stopped taking my prescription Ibuprofen because the Dr said IB can cause swelling (and I bet that's how I got this swelling although the Dr thinks its from inactivity due to my back but it could be from the IB). And you really shouldn't live on IB, but that helps my pain more than my pain meds OR anything (as long as I keep taking it).

Anyway now (because I stopped my IB due to the swelling) I have SEVERE Sciatica nerve pain shooting from my spine to my calf and I almost fell today 10X.

SO now I started my IB again (and am packed in ICE). Its either have swelled body parts OR pain and I pick to get rid of the darn pain!

I may call to see if I can get a shot via my pain team (who keeps me somewhat stable), but then I have to stop my IB again days in advance so I don't bleed during the shot. So I will be in pain for a whole week. And the shots no longer work like they used to but its better to try than suffer.

Wahhh sorry to whine, but I just cant win. {#emotions_dlg.mad}
