Scam?

I just got an email telling me a parcel couldn't be delivered because my address was wrong and if I didn't make a correction within 30 days, they'd charge me $9.65 a day for storage fees! If they can't find me to deliver it, how do they expect to find me to get money from me?

Sounds phishy to me.
