The facts are pretty much 100% captured on video.

 

He gunned down an innocent woman, torturing her by first shooting her in the leg, and as she screamed for help and mercy, he shot her several more times.

 

Seems like a smug  murderer to me.

Well, here's new information ....    on the late news (Thursday night) the SCAMMER who called both the man and the Uber driver (unbeknownst to each other) called the man's house while the police were investigating, not realizing that a murder had taken place.  

 

He spoke to police, admitted to something and agreed to meet with police.  Of course, he never showed.

 

I'm pretty sure they can trace him via the phone number, etc.

 

Has anyone heard anything more on this story?

I can't stop thinking about this poor woman. It angers me so much that he is out on bail.
