Sally's French tips kit..................can't find thread

Several days ago I read a thread here highly recommending Sally's French tips. I finally got to a Sally's and purchased some.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to apply them. There was no instructions in the kit or no glue, either. I wonder if I bought a "return" that had been opened. It was not sealed. (They are the 1/2 nails with white tips.)

If you can give me some guidance on applying this product, I would appreciate it.
