Saga continues (shipping)

So I placed an order on 7/28.....status went from processing, preparing, back order, then back to processing. Then it finally said "shipped" on 8/14. Yeah! Well not so fast.

 

Since 8/14 this message appears..."we were unable to dispatch the trailer on time, this may cause a delay"

 

Anyone want to take bets on when I will finally receive this order? 😬😁

My bet is November 15th.  That's reasonable.

How does something in process, preparing your order, go to backorder, then processing again?  QVC, either you have it or you don't.  There's no in between.  Can anyone answer that or is it a secret?

 

Then there's UPS.  We can add your reason for delays to:

 

"We put it on the wrong truck."

 

"A train derailed."

 

"We couldn't find a truck anywhere to pick up your package."
