Re: SWINGIN' BENNY GOODMAN, "SING, SING, SING" !

Ha, sharp-eyed @Judaline, you spotted Harry James-- what a terrific trumpet solo.  He was so slim and young.

The exuberance and joy of these musicians is ever-fresh and beguiling...

151949,  My mom and Dad  made many trips to Cheswick to the arena for their dances. they also went to West View, North Park. and lord know when it was Polish Day at Kennywood we would ride the rides with our cousins and our parents were at the dance hall. If my parents were alive they would both be 105 years old. Sadly they have been gone for 29 years but I picture them up there in heaven dancing on the clouds.

I know, @Oznell. The music, the nostalgia of the couples dancing, I mean, it actually gives me chills!
