STD Mail DHL stinks. My item that shipped out later via UPS arrived days ago, while the one shipped out earlier via STD Mail DHL still hasn't arrived. It's unfair that we can't track it. When it was STD Mail UPS, at least you could track your package. I called to ask a CSR to track it and she told me QVC doesn't have a tracking number. Really? According to DHL, every package shipped by QVC, via DHL then the USPS, has a tracking number. It's a shame the QVC customer service department tells a different story. This whole STD Mail DHL thing is corporate greed. QVC already makes enough profit off inflated shipping charges for UPS. Why not stick with that? Extra profits are great in the short term, but when you lose long time customers, due to them, suddenly the long term effects make it look like not such a good idea.
