A lot of viewers love Albany and those that have a problem with her voice or a problem with her yelling at them tend to watch something else for awhile.  Or they watch and turn down their own volume....  She sells very, very well doing what she does.  Otherwise she wouldn't still be on the Q....  Woman Happy

Interesting you should mention the loudness.  I thought it seemed like a lot of frantic talk and activity.  Just got home from work and thought I would catch Cheryl Burke, but even before the first item was done, I had turned it off.  I'm more of a Jayne Brown kind of person.  She's not a shouter and speaks at a reasonable speed.
