Re: SOCIAL SECURITY RECIPIENTS QUESTION

On the IRS site, ours is showing that it is being deposited tomorrow.  I looked early this morning, but didn't see the notification coming in yet.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Re: SOCIAL SECURITY RECIPIENTS QUESTION

Wouldn't it depend on family income... if one person receives SS but the other is still working?  Not everyone on SS will be receiving a check.

Re: SOCIAL SECURITY RECIPIENTS QUESTION

@gidgetgh  you might not see it until tomorrow. Usually if you check around 5am and after it would show pending. Mine was deposited this morning and it shows pending the same as the SS does. Mine was due today.

Yours is due on the 30th so you will see it tomorrow. Most Banks do it this way.

Re: SOCIAL SECURITY RECIPIENTS QUESTION

Pretty much everyone gets a check, earned income or social security.  There are some phase outs for income which is $75,000 for individuals and $150,000 for a couple.  All that information is available on line.  My thought, at some point we will all be paying for this immense distribution of money.  If I do not need now I can choose the charities I wish to disperse it too.
