Thank you ALL.  I know my Thanksgiving with her will be wonderful.  It is just wine. It is just the excitement of giving it to her is gone. We don't see her much as she travels internationally for her job but I so wanted to give this to her. The segment made the wines sound so good and she is a wine fan...she and her boyfriend.   I do have the purse.

I just checked the video again and indeed, the representative did say guaranteed for Thanksgiving delivery and David V also acknowledged it using a credit card. A definite lesson learned.

Up note:  Maybe I will get it tomorrow!!  Maybe the Q's computers aren't showing the actual shipping scan!

May you ALL have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

True... Many times shipments are actually in transit, when it shows no shipping/movement status.

Happy Thanksgiving to your family!  It will be nice to have your daughter there... with... or without the wine.Heart

I know it's frustrating. I spent many years working as a manager in CS and drop-shipped items are the hardest to track. Until the actual shippin/tracking info is sent to QVC, usually at the end of the day, CS only knows the order has been received and prepared for shipping.

I just poked around, and the wine appears to ship UPS Ground from CA. When it gets to you will depend on where you live,of course.

Fingers crossed it arrives in time.

I'm presuming this will come by UPS?  My UPS guy never came until 7:15 last night.  Perhaps your wine will arrive yet today or tomorrow.  I've not ordered food items very often, but can only think of one time when there was a problem with promised delivery.  (I believe it was a large cake, if I recall).  My guess is that you'll get your wine on time.  (Fingers crossed!)

@klajfakj  Come to think of it, I have actually received "Your item has shipped" emails the next day after I've received an item that was sent directly from the manufacturer.........there's hope for tomorrow!

Perhaps the OP isn't able to do that.

@klajfakj  I am sorry this is causing you disappointment.  I understand you felt you made a purchase perfect for your daughter and her boyfriend and unfortunately the vendor has not YET followed through.

I always, always, always use a credit card that has my back when I make a purchase that turns out to be less than perfect.  Since you have verified that both the vendor and host assured its customers delivery prior to the holiday, I would not pay a dime for either the product or any kind of return shipping charges if you do not received it as promised.

But thinking positive, let's hope your receive the delivery this afternoon or tomorrow at the very latest.

I've been having bad luck with them, too.  I've been a Prime member for years, and I get things in 2 days maybe 1/3 of the time now.  I'm in fact still waiting for a package that was guaranteed to be here Saturday.
