My dh & I like to get our cheese from Decatur Dairy in Brodhead.   It's only about a 20 minute drive from our home.   Have you heard of Baumgartner's?  It's a cheese/beer place on the square in our hometown.   My niece from S.  IL gets a limburger cheese sandwich on rye with a Bloody Mary every time she gets up here.  I am not fond of the place, but I was born and raised in this town.
