@Lucky Charm ..... Thank you!

Yeah, everybody says they don't care what people wear to church as long as they come. My guess is they haven't seen anyone really offensive in their church...if they attend one.
I agree if someone is in difficult circumstances. But if someone shows up at church in the shortest shorts and a tube top, they have no respect for the setting OR themselves.
Hopefully churches have a small closet of dresses or skirtsand blouses to be used in those and similar cases, the way jackets/ties are available at some restaurants.

@SahmIam .... Owe you an apology. My brother just reminded me we did put rings in the bulls nose. I forgot about that. Please accept my apology.

I expected to see a big honker of a nose ring. It's also fake.
When was the last time some of you went to church?? Because last time I attended it was about prayer, not what my neighbor was wearing.
It's not your child so what is the big deal??? Who is to say that these children are "doomed"???
Such perfect parents around here who dress in such good looks themselves.
@Cakers3 The church she was going to is Kanye's church.

Kayne was the guest speaker at that church last Sunday.

Leave it to posters here to judge what others wear to church.
It's not judging. It is having an opinion. It is the US and it is OK absolutely to not like what someone else is doing. You can even say you don't like it.
But it is their right to do it, and to be safe in doing it as long as it doesn't harm anyone else. That's the whole point. We have the freedom to say things we don't like. It isn't China or Russia. But laws do and SHOULD protect everyone's right to say it. Just don't act on it, harrass someone, or harm someone.
To criticize someone for judging is also judging.

Take heart in that there seems to be something for everybody in the discussion here.

@Sooner And most importantly, the mods must approve.

Kanye was a guest at the Lakewood Church in Houston...
not 'his' church.

The bigger problem is with the way people are judging
a total stranger who has done no wrong-doing.
All the parents can do is to teach their kids to be as
confident in their own skin as they are.
And the people who are judging? They are already affected, so...
No hope for that.
