@MickD, this is her last year of select or club ball. We already committed to this summer last fall and had paid all the fees. She was on the JV team at her college but she's a pitcher and they wanted her to drive a gazillion miles away to see their pitching coach and increase her speed by 5-6mph. She loves it but she's been playing since t-ball. Since she's studying to be a pharmacist she also can't really miss all the classes they have to miss. It's a huge commitment and she just wasn't all in and that's okay. She's paying to get a degree. It's all good.

hahaha! We posted at about the same time.  That's a huge time commitment for college ball...how do they have time to study??? She made the right decision.
