          Thanks, @MickD!     I'm up to...  no good!    We had a lovely service at our church last night and then I spent some time with friends.    What remains of family is far away, now, so today it's just my little tuxedo cat and me.    But that's fine, and it's quiet, peaceful, and cozy here.    Your meal sounds yummy!   Bon appétit!   And now my stomach is growling!    Time to rustle up dinner.

dBd.....I to have been here by myself and Mr. Lucky.  It has really been rather pleasant and quiet.  The little dog across the hall was barking a while ago, so I opened the back door and told him to quit barking.  He usually does when he knows it is me.  He is home alone right now. 

Am thinking I will call a dryer repairman tomorrow.  I do think my dryer can be fixed.  That would be a lot cheaper than a new one.....  Hope he can come this week yet.
