I have a tiny cz and sterling one, I've had it for ages, don't remember where I got it.   They're available.

If it's the same one she had years ago, I believe quite a while ago she said it was Tiffany.  Viewers liked it and they had a Diamonique version made.  But that was ages ago.  I doubt they're still here.
