I have an awful fear of speaking in front of people. It's sometimes paralyzing. It does not have to be an auditorium full of people. For being as outgoing as I can usually be, just speaking up in book group can make me sweat.

I'm not comfortable with heights.  I'd never go up in one of those glass outdoor 30 story elevators.

@PurpleBunny I'm afraid of driving in snow too. We have very little in NC so I don't get much practice. I may more fearful of others on the road who can't drive in snow.

Fear of snakes is my #1 fear.  I don't like seeing them at all. There was an blurb (teaser) on the news showed had a full grown snake stuck through a woman's earlobe (she had those gauger holes).  I made sure I tuned out for the rest of the broadcast. 

I don't even like snake prints or embossing of this reptile in any fashion item either.  

Now, strangely enough I love lizards and salamanders. I see them daily in my garden during growing season.

@Noel7 We stayed in a lg. hotel that had an elevator like that. Wasn't pleasant, but I didn't look down.
