SELL BY DATE ON CHICKEN ?

This may be a dumb question. I purchased a large oven stuffer roaster today. I was planning on cooking it on Monday. I just noticed the sell by date is Feb. 5 (Sunday).

I can't cook it tomorrow because I will be out all day and for most of evening. Is it ok to cook on Sunday ? It's in the refrigerator, don't want to freeze it.

I am usually so good about checking dates. ARGH !!
