1.   Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.

You really have to love yourself to get anything done in

this world.                                                         Lucille Ball

2.   One of the greatest regrets in life is being what

others would want you to be, rather than being yourself.

3.   You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire

hasn't worked.  Try approving of yourself and see

8.   Love yourself enough to set boundaries.  Your time

and energy are precious.  You get to choose how you use it.

You teach people how to treat you by deciding what you

will and won't accept.                                 Author Unknown

9.   Owning our story and loving ourselves through that

process is the bravest thing we'll ever do.

10.   Self-love is an ocean and your heart is the vessel.

Make it full, and any excuses will spill over into the

lives of the people you hold dear.  BUT, you must come

first.                                                        Beau Taplin

@Lindsays Grandma  thanks....and a little exercise in self-love from an exceptional doctor who practices holistic medicine. Start every day with 20 minutes saying out loud, if possible, positive statements about yourself starting every statement with "I am....".  Easy to do while getting ready for work:

I am smart.

I am loved.

I am beautiful.

I am kind.

I am responsible.

I am accountable.

I am productive.

I am so blessed to have my holistic doctor.

@Lindsays Grandma  loved #8 nothing like starting the day with something positive and uplifting.  Thanks again for posting this.  With all the sad news in the world it's good to know there are people that are posting to uplift, inform or make you laugh.  Thanks to all of you!
