@CAMOGIRL Something similar happened at a make your own sundae bar. It was a very small space, make your sundae and eat outside. It had just opened and was packed. The guy standing right next to me filled the ladle for the strawberry topping, poured the sauce on his ice cream, licked the entire ladle, and put it back in the container. I was with 3 other people and we all walked out, as did the couple behind our party.  They were closed down by the health dept. within a week of our visit. Apparently this happened more than once. 

 

I won’t buy food from bulk bins. I have seen too many kids pawing through them for entertainment, people leaning over them trying to fill a plastic container with a dog tucked under the other arm, etc. How sick I could actually get, I don’t know, but the thought of it is enough to put me off the idea.
