Re: SAW AMERICAN SNIPER YESTERDAY!

I will never watch this movie but from the previews I wish to know if that sniper shot that Nun and child?

I will never watch it either - but yes, he kills a child.

It wasn't a nun. She hands the child a grenade to throw at a group of soldiers. After the kid goes she picked it up to finish what he didn't.

I read that CK told his wife he was taking a friend with him to the shooting range, "to have an extra set of eyes".

That says that he believed he was a target no matter where he went. I'm sure there's more to the story about the man who shot & killed the 2 men.

The killer was emotionally disturbed after his combat tours. That is well known.

The award is being challenged by Kyle's widow. A notice of appeal was filed in December.

In 2011 JV sued Homeland Security and the TSA over body scans and pat downs saying they violated his right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. He claimed that a pat down he endured when setting off a metal detector subjected him to unwanted touching of intimate parts of his body

Re: SAW AMERICAN SNIPER YESTERDAY!

This is from Military dot com (http://www.military.com/veteran-jobs/career-advice/military-transition/famous-veteran-jesse-ventura....

Ventura enlisted into the United States Navy and joined the Underwater Demolition Team (UDT) after graduating from Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) school. Ventura frequently references his military service in public, and a lawyer from San Diego criticized him for faking his claims of being a SEAL. Although Ventura never completed the extra 26 weeks of training to become a SEAL, the UDTs were broken apart and combined with the SEAL teams after Vietnam. Ventura claims that UDTs simply refer to themselves as SEALs due to the restructuring. Despite his membership with Underwater Demolition Team 12, Ventura never saw combat during Vietnam although he did receive the Vietnam Service Medal.

Re: SAW AMERICAN SNIPER YESTERDAY!

The book is good and an easy read. I saw some disturbing signs in him as a person as the job was really taking a toll on him. I was glad to see him go back to his family and not do any more deployments. I really think JV needs to stop this lawsuit as he is now dead. JV would just be taking away money from his widow and kids.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Everyone I talk to loves this movie. I'll buy it on DVD.
