I am so disappointed in QVC. I have been ordering from them for years and spend a fortune shopping with them and I have to say that this has come to an end. I ordered on Nov 19th a Dell All-In-One that was supposed to ship on Nov 29th. I was fine with that until on Dec 2nd I noticed a message that said "Item can not ship, need street address". Clearly there was a street address included on the order but also on the second address line was my PO Box which qvc sends alot of my items to. So after 4 calls and an email with no satisfaction I received finally a call on Dec 11th that said they could not straighten the shipping address issue out to get my order shipped and I should just cancel and reorder. Well guess what, the computer is no longer available for me to reorder. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. In the past 2 months I have spent over $2000 on items from QVC (which I had no problem receiving) but everything will be going back and I will not be ordering from them again. I am very disappointed in the customer service. I guess that QVC has reach a point in their business that they no longer care about customer service. It is really sad. I am sure that I am not the only person to receive this kind of service. I will be spreading the word on Facebook and Twitter. If you cannot handle a problem like mine, it is pretty sad. My order number was 4202439563. My husband will probably be very glad that I am cutting ties with QVC.
