Rowenta TSV anyone??

I need a new iron as mine keeps sputtering water. Does anyone have any thoughts on this Rowenta TSV? It seems awfully inexpensive for a Rowenta though, of course, the shipping is high.

Thoughts from any ironing experts? Thanks, in advance.
