I am new here, I used to post several years ago. I am posting this here so hopefully people will see it. I ordered the TSV Roomba and it said it was out for delivery on 7/22. I looked several times and no progress was being made toward delivery. Today I contacted Customer Service thru the chat feature and they informed me they were sorry that it didn't get shipped and it is no available. They didn't know why it didn't get shipped. They did credit our charge card. If you haven't received yours you might want to check to see if you are in the same boat.
