Roku app has no sound

The QVC and HSN app on Roku has no audio.  I have tried on two devices, and the app works fine on other platforms

Did you try booting your Roku? Go to Settings > System > System Restart

I just went to the app and the sound is fine. Since QVC2 and HSN2 are now on  my Spectrum TV station line up I watch the actual stations now and no longer watch the separate app.
