Roger Clemens gets a break

The judge in his perjury trial just declared a mistrial. The prosecutors revealed testimony to the jury that the judge had told them was inadmissible. The judge didn't believe that an instruction to ignore the testimony would be sufficient and declared the mistrial. It's still up in the air whether or not the government will go after him again.
