Wasn't he posing as a woman while in Galveston to avoid detection?

The buzz is that his attorney is looking at an insanity plea. I have read that an insanity plea is only successful in about 2% of cases. I don't know that for a fact. It is just what I have read.
I think pure evil does exist in the world and describes him perfectly.

Yes, it was reported he was trap sing around as a female. Yuck. He's wrong as two left shoes.
Reminds me of that Phil Spector guy who killed the lovely model in his home.

If I remember correctly the case in Galveston had Asperger's as part of his defense.
The prosecution dropped the ball because they gave the jury multiple scenarios where the defense stayed the course for the self-defense scenario.
I actually forgot about him so I could be wrong regarding the Galveston trial.

I had not even been aware of this guy until all of the recent publicity over the television series and his arrest. A diabolical character, for sure. It seems he thought that he was smart enough to keep getting away with murder. He enjoyed the cat and mouse game.

cody: The Galveston crime itself was before my time here but I vaguely remember the trial going on after moving here.
He surely does think he's above it all it seems.
