I know I've stopped all Halloween decor due to vandalism and my things were just Autumn/Fall decorations. 
Halloween used to be strictly for children but now the adults who don't grow up chime in with lots of nonsense. 


 

Halloween has been celebrated for all ages.

I swear, some people seem to go out of their way to be offended or to be just too darned touchy...  Within the context of the other decorations, the hanging dolls were not very impactful. More to the point, they were clearly dolls and there was clearly no effort to make them look real. While it's not particularly tasteful, neither is it glaringly disgusting or offensive.

 

Personally, I find the extent to which some folks opt to decorate for Halloween a bit silly, but it's a personal choice.
