IS ANYONE AT QVC TECHNICAL GOING TO FIX THE ISSUE WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE AND READ REVIEWS ON PRODUCTS? SERIOUSLY!

@GAC65.  If you're unable to see any part of QVC, you need to consider downloading and temporarily using a different browser.  The problem is especially prevalent for those using Safari and it's  not just with QVC.

I don't use safari and I have tried using a different browser!  Thanks for your suggestions. 😀

I have a comment about this issue and I know, I know it has been complained about since time immemorial here ...

but this...

When retailers don't pay attention to website issues... such as this and yes we can

clear cache

change browsers

etc

But it amazes me that they don't realize they are losing sales.

''Yes, we have some responsibility as consumers using websites to purchase.

The Loft website has always bugged me... it is set up in an odd manner and isn't user friendly.

Consequently, that is the last place I think of to go shop.

I can see reviews of products using Microsoft Edge.  Not sure if the OP is referring to a specific product--maybe the item doesn't have any reviews--but I'm having no problem.

I use Safari and I don't seem to have any problem reading reviews.

I have that problem too.  I have an iPad and a Mac.  Both use chrome.  Suddenly some of the listings started showing the reviews as if they are under a film of some kind.  Very annoying.  At first it was all of the listings I looked out, now some are normal and some are not.   Not sure what the issue is, but I don't like having to try so hard to read something.  Too much work and unpleasant.

I use Safari and never have these issues.

It's possible that as devices age the updates to operating systems either can't be achieved, or are not fully compatible with all websites.

No problem with the Chrome browser. I am able to read reviews with no issues.😊

@LTT1   Yes you are right !  Why not just make it easier for us to shop .  I don't have problems all the time but when i do it is very frustrating and I don't get why it should be .
