My DH bought me one of the new Keurig 2.0 K450 for Christmas and I was ecstatic until I read some bad reviews. I have an older platinum 70 that does a great job and the reviews say these new models are giving lots of problems from clogging to the pump quitting after a coup,e of months. I'd love to hear what some Q shoppers think if you've bought this new one. I'm debating returning it because I don't want something that is going to be a constant problem or break in 2-3 months

I'd like to know too. I've had mine about a month and it's still in the box unopened. I happened to read some of the reviews the other day now I'm hesitant, and thinking about just sending it back.

I do not have a 2.0 but if you already have a Keurig you could get a regular coffee pot with a carafe if you want one. The carafe with the 2.0 will only make 30 ozs. That is not much coffee.

This is a Capresso 10 cup that is $60.00 at Costco.

I got the Keurig 2.0 when it was TSV. I didn't even have it 2 weeks when it stopped pumping water. I returned it to QVC for a replacement. The replacement did not work with all Kcups and it stopped pumping water exactly 2 days after I got it. It has also been returned to QVC this time for a refund. I'm done with Keurig 2.0. I'm considering a Cuisinart single serve coffee brewer which has way better reviews although it does not make a carafe.

I have the Keurig 2.0 Model 550. I love it! I have had no problems with this at all. Feel fortunate after reading all the negative posts about it. It is a bit noisier than my older model, but the coffee is so much hotter. I wouldn't be without a Keurig!

I love the 2.0. I have used it multiple time throughout the day since September, and I have only had spectacular results.

Keep the ones you have, if they go out within warranty time get a refund or get another one to try. Appliances today are iffy at best, so why not try and see if they work? There may be a few lemons in the pile and the rest will be fine! I am vowing to be more optimistic.

I don't even care about the carafe part. My Keurig is 7 yrs old and I was excited to get a new upgraded one. I'm interested in the coffee making part. The carafe is plastic so it's of no use because it won't keep the coffee hot

I think there are major problems with the 2.0. I will wait till the kinks are figured out to get a new one.

I have a hamilton beach flex brew. It makes regular k cups, has a single serve basket for ground coffee and a pot as well. I love it! It was around $75. If it breaks...I won't be heartbroken. I passed on the Keurig because of friends telling me their originals didn't last more than a year. Best of luck to everyone! I've only had the hamilton beach for a couple of months, so no long term review yet.
