Reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) anyone?

Good morning friends:

I've never been a stranger to depression, having dealt with my own mood disorder since my late teens (I'm 53 now), and although I've been taking the right meds and have a great psychopharmacologist, still some days are tough to get through. Surprisingly, I think I've been dealing now with SAD in late summer, which I find different for me. It's been too much heat, sun, gardening..which I have always enjoyed since I can remember. Now, I feel so anxious and depressed with too many bright days, too little sleep, heat really getting to me.....these "dog days" seem almost worse now than the cooler darker days of early winter....anyone experience SAD in the *Dog Days of Summer*? {#emotions_dlg.sad}
