I am not liking this policy  of returns, been to kohls twice, the nearest ups store ,is no longer on amazons list. went to staples,  had problems there, they said many people are not liking it,hs any one had problems?

I like the old way better when you printed off a return and driver picked up at the door.I guess that was getting too expensive.

what's your problem? why don't you like it? many people are using it with no problem.

@goldensrbest   It was UPS' choice that they would not accept Amazon deliveries or returns anymore.......not sure of the reasons, but I can guess.

Not sure what you'all here are talking about.  Amazon still returns through UPS as a choice - at least here in NY.  

I've read that Amazon is choosing to do away with UPS with regard to their deliveries at a future date, but that has not yet happened here.

Nothing has changed for me  I am still making my returns to Amazon using UPS

I tried a clothing return to Kohl's. After waiting in line, they told me they accept only certain ones that Amazon approves. My rainwear was not on the list.

For free shipping you  get a screen shot  of code, i did that ,went to kohls,girl said screen was to dark,could not see code, like i said my ups store does not except amazon,ot the other way around, took to staples,  they could not do it ,although nice young man took shots of label on his phone,and printed a label out for me ,but could not mail it.

I’ve never had to return anything to Amazon until last week. I used Kohl’s and it was very easy.

@goldensrbest totally agree. There is no Kohl’s around here and the UPS store nearby doesn’t accept Amazon returns.

It is definitely much less convenient for me.
