I have read thta some people have had issues with reurning stuff saying they make too many returns.

Lately I have made a few jewerly returns because the stones just were not pretty. Mine you I am not a big returns person but when something look fake I dont wanr it  Should I be concerned they will send me a letter? I thought they gladly excepted returns I have only returned 3 rings but reorder one hoping I could get a nicer stone

Don't worry, you are fine with such a small number of returns.  QVC, all the shopping channels, are very generous when it comes to returns.  They have to be to keep customers.  It's the people who abuse the privilege who get the "the letter".  Some women, window shop more than they buy, their returns far exceed what they keep.  I know someone who orders multiple colors and sizes; keeps the ones she likes; returns the rest.  She has never received "the letter".

Almost all retailers have a policy when it comes to chronic returners.

Most places will cut off the customer from making any more returns.

Sears would cut people off from making any more returns, if they had a history of making too many returns.

What that magic number was, I don't know, because I asked, when I worked there.

So do I think that you will get in trouble with HSN for having returned three things?

No, I don't, but if you keep returning things, more than 50% of what you keep, they will probably send you a warning letter, before cutting you off from making any more returns.

The Sky looks different when you have someone you love up there.

@crazered   Nobody know at what point returns become too many.  It seems to be a percentage over a period of time.  QVC does the same as HSN.  My advice would be to understand you get what you pay for and quit buying junk; be very selective and understand the shopping channels often don't sell the finest jewels.

I feel like I have had to return a few thi gs because they didn't fit well or even good.
They make tops huge on the bottom. Looks like maternity tops. I hope no letters as styles change and you have to try.
