The QVC returns via the post office go through a third party carrier. That third party does not track the package once it's picked up from the post office. They are not very fast, so I would allow a few more days. If you printed the return label from QVC website, you have the tracking information on that item number. I have two being returned and I can go to that order # and the tracking information is available.

It's more than likely going to turn up with in next two days. Come back and let us share your sigh of relief - and put future emails in your saved mail! I've been lucky and never had a problem, but I still save every piece of mail until my account is okay on my credit card.
Even when I cancel an AD delivery, I save the email until after the shipment should have arrived because I want "proof" I canceled if there's a goof.

Do your emails get saved online, as well as coming to your inbox? My provider has a webmail service, so I can check emails on any computer, and they stay there until I delete them (even if I deleted them from the inbox on my computer mail program). I have to remember to do it every so often, as the box will get full eventually.
I returned an item on 1/9, and my tracking shows it "at local post office" still. QVC returns aren't speedy.

I returned an item on Dec. 15, the return just showed up on my account the other day. From now on, I'm sending any returns back by UPS.

They should take lessons from HSN ... on Monday (1/12) I took two packages to UPS, using the Easy Return Label. Today, Wednesday, I received email confirmation from HSN that both packages will be delivered to them tomorrow; and I should be receiving a refund shortly.
Now that's how to do business!
Love HSN, they also send a replacement BEFORE they get your return!

Q's returns are VERY VERY slow...I hope your package shows up. I sent one back 2 weeks ago and there is still no tracking info on it. I've been instructed to wait another week.

I'm back today with good news. The item shows up as returned on the order. All the future easy pays have been removed, and I am hopeful that I will get a refund minus the shipping.
For those of you who suggested I check my trash...I only keep trash for a couple of days before it is deleted. Also, I was not able to get any tracking information the USPS website. I must not have set up an account. I do have an e-mail folder titled keep" which I usually put this type of e-mail, but for some unknown reason I did not do that with the USPS email. Perhaps the dog was barking or I was otherwise distracted![]()
