Re: Retroactive price increase for a newspaper subscription?

Do as I did...cancel your subscription and sign up for digital delivery. No newspapers to pick up and recycle.

Hey ""gardenman""! We dropped our local paper a few years ago. Looks like it might be a legal matter.

hckynut. Good to see you around again. I know I'm not renewing with the price increase and the way they went about. In the last few years they've merged multiple local papers together and we get virtually no local news any longer. Almost all of the news is from surrounding counties.

Re: Retroactive price increase for a newspaper subscription?

I've never heard of a retroactive price increase. We have a major city newspaper that's always trying to give us deals. In fact they gave us 10 weeks Sundays and Thursdays free to try to get us to sign up.
